2 · What data we collect and why

What we do NOT do. We do not sell data or share it for advertising. There is no profiling and no automated decisions. This website has no Google Analytics; the Meta pixel is only activated if you accept it.
3 · Minors
Most of our players are minors. For them, it is always the father, mother or legal guardian who registers the player and gives consent; players aged 18 or over decide for themselves. The use of images is requested separately, is optional and can be withdrawn at any time. Health data is only known by the staff who look after the player.
4 · Who we share it with
We do not give data to anyone for their own use. We use providers that process it on our behalf, and we share with third parties only what the programme requires:

5 · How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a registration: 1 year, then deleted.
- Registrations: while the programme lasts; invoices and contracts, 6 years (tax law).
- Passport copies and federation documents: only as long as needed, then deleted.
- Authorised photographs: until the authorisation is withdrawn.
6 · Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or take it elsewhere, and withdraw any consent. Write to manager@tngs.es with the subject “Data protection”. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7 · Cookies and statistics
This website only uses the Meta pixel, and only if you accept it in the cookie notice; you can change your choice at any time with «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the page. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Visit statistics are calculated by Netlify on its server, without installing anything in your browser. Cookie policy.
8 · Changes
If we change anything relevant, we will publish it here with its date.
